Who owns the code and infrastructure once the project ships?
You do. Every a modernisation engagement engagement hands over full source code, infrastructure access and documentation — nothing is licensed back to us, and handover to an in-house or another vendor's team is a standard step, not a negotiation.
What happens after go-live?
We don't disappear after launch. Ongoing support sits under Maintenance & Managed Services, with response handling agreed before work starts rather than left implicit.
